Standard Instructions for members and office bearers

1. Time keeping

Every meeting will be conducted "No matter what", on time by seconds. This will differentiate us from others. We will standout as people of principles who keep their promises. If a VIP is called and he /she is late, the proceedings must start without his her presence, even if there is not a single audience. We are introducing zero tolerance policy in our timing. People will soon realize and adjust to our ways. This will unconsciously put in the minds of the people that our party will never compromise on their principles. We have to demonstrate this courage to show the strength of our commitment.

2. Political statement official policy

   No political statement will be issued in any way, in any form, to anyone "No matter how harmless it may look on its face" unless our experts  through the Council of founders scrutinize that statement in all aspects. Any misleading statement may become a doomsday for any political party if it is slightly in conflict with the basic policies of Party’s manifesto. We do not wish to be trapped in a pit, therefore every statement must be communicated first with the members of the council of founders and upon receiving ok in the form of a code number, the statement may be released. Any violation is highly damaging to the party, therefore be mindful of any tricks which may be encountered along the way.

3. Feedback is welcomed

All feedback is welcomed. We can only make successful strategy when we have all the cards. We welcome any input but again ask, not to go ahead and then communicate. We understand that sometimes time is the essence or we may loose the opportunity but it is still strongly recommended, not to make any move without consulting the Council.

4. We must feel, look and act different

We are different from other politicians and so does our thinking pattern. Public empowerment & input, is the key, we need to implant in the minds of our fellow Pakistani brothers and sisters. We must demonstrate decency in our language specially dealing with people, about our opposition parties. We have to show that we are not that stereo type stuff but freshmen in our thoughts and actions.

5. No Dirt on our Opponents

It may sound strange but we will not flash dirt on our opponents. The power of character is tremendous and we have to be a winner in the eyes of the people, not engaging our energies by wasting them in petty personality issues.

6. Scale of our Image

We should be looked as a group of leaders of national and international scale, We must notEngage in regionalism or linguistic traps. These talk shows diminish the image of leaders to the scale of village politics. Be mindful of these traps.

7. Questions of National Interest

Kindly do not pass any remark on national issues without positive proof based on numbers.Remember that we have a system in place to address such issues. Since we represent general public therefore it is not appropriate for us to impose ourselves on them without getting their input. Becoming an elected representative does not mean that we have a license to play with public fate. It just gives us permission to represent their wishes in the assembly. "See Strategic Planing"

8. We are service providers not dictators

Every office bearer will be holding their office as a service provider considering themselves as a managers We will change the bureaucratic framing index of officers from officers to managers to improve their performance and easy interaction with general public to whom they represent as service providers and not as rulers
