Manifesto of Islah Party of Pakistan

1. The appoinment of all heads of Government as well as semi-government departments will be made to the best brain available in that particular field having extensive experience in that area.  To end internal political rift in each department, the collective performance will be judged, so that the heads of each department may not hesitate to include more capable minds in their teams, to make it a winning team.  The whole department will be responsible for its work performance so that team as a group could accept their responsibility.

2. Drain the brain policy will be implemented like other nations like USA in the 60's and in practice in Canada, resulting in remarkable progress in their economy since then.  Overseas Pakistani's will be given preference and special incentives for specialized fields where we do not have enough technical skills, to come to Pakistan with their advanced technology and brilliant ideas to participate in the advancement process for uplifting the country faster than ever.

Jobs for every adult, social security allowance for every senior and education for every child is our prime goal.
